A new teaser confirms Netflix stranger things season 4 will be released in 2022

Season four of Stranger Things will be available on Netflix on what date?

In 2022, the fourth season of the show will premiere. The following season's release date has not yet been confirmed, but given a 20-month gap between seasons two and three, we may not return to Hawkins for a while (and the teaser clip above suggests that we might not even see Hawkins).

"Soon enough," Shawn Levy said and hinted at announcing a new release date soon.

He explained the ongoing delays to Variety in the following way: "The delay is due largely to COVID and the speed at which we have to work to do so safely, but it is also because this season is much bigger. It is the size of season 4 stranger things and the different settings."

Has a Stranger Things season four trailer been released yet?

Yes, that's true! The new trailer showed episodes 1 to 3 and glimpses of season four (released on August 6). A mysterious clock appears, and Eleven is seen with a new hairstyle while being held back by suited men (presumably in Russia if it picks up directly after the last episode).

The upcoming season of Eleven is teased in the trailer shared in May. Dr. Brenner's lab offers children the opportunity to watch clips of their tests. Eleven was forced to do mind power experiments by the manipulative director of a research lab during season one. A watchful orderly informed Eleven and Kali (Linnea Berthelsen) that Dr. Brenner (Matthew Modine) was still alive in season two, but he appeared dead when the Demogorgon attacked.

Season four of Stranger Things has a cast. Who will be on it?

The primary cast season 4 stranger things will most likely return, including Winona Ryder (Joyce Byers), Finn Wolfhard (Mike Wheeler), Millie Bobby Brown (Eleven), Gaten Matarazzo (Dustin Henderson), Caleb McLaughlin (Lucas Sinclair), Natalia Dyer (Nancy Wheeler), Noah Schnapp (Will Byers), Sadie Sink (Max Mayfield), Maya Hawke (Robin) and Charlie Heaton (Jonathan Byers).

Several notable characters left the show during season three. As Billy was sacrificed to save Hawkins, Dacre Montgomery will no longer appear to die while playing the role. Despite the recent fatality of the scruffy police officer Hopper, the new trailer (see above) showed that he is alive (and not so well).

How will Stranger Things season 4 unfold?

Our last sighting of Hawkins was Joyce and her three children, Will, Jonathan, and Eleven, packing up their home into a moving van. For the first time in the series, the gang might be separated in season four.

Is there a possibility a long-distance relationship might form between Jonathan and Nancy after their reconciliation after tensions developed through the third season?

Matt added that the most significant change is that it will open up a little bit in terms of scale [and] effects, but in terms of allowing portals to open into other parts of Hawkins."

It's a tease, although he didn't elaborate: "Assuming there is a season four. The question of the American in the cell and also what they're doing with the Demogorgon could be important in a possible fourth season."

As Stranger Things prepares for its fourth season in 2022, Eleven and her friends will be back. On Friday, Netflix stranger things season 4 announced Duffer Brothers' supernatural series with a teaser. Fans were excited to learn more.

We get to see a classic shot from the last three seasons showing Eleven, Mike, Will, Dustin, and Max battling the Demogorgon.

According to prior speculation, Stranger Things 4 would return by 2021. However, its production work got delayed by the Coronavirus pandemic.

David Harbour stars as Jim Hopper, the lead character in Black Widow. Netflix teased his resurrection earlier in February 2020. After appearing in a clip titled From Russia With Love, Hopper was imprisoned and forced to work in a Russian wasteland known as Kamchatka.

How long will Stranger Things continue after the final season?

Stranger Things season four will not be the final season, according to the Duffer brothers. The

show runners also said they know when the series will end in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter last August.

It won't be the end of the series in season four, as we all know when it will be.
